Delivery Delays:
Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by the current shortage of HGV drivers.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your purchased items arrive damaged or faulty, contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.
Important: Damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving your goods.
Small & Medium Items
- Delivery Service: Royal Mail UK, DPD UK, Evri
- Standard Delivery: 4-8 working days
- Express Delivery: 1-4 working days (additional charge applies)
- Delivery Times: Typically between 8am – 6pm. We cannot provide a specific time slot unless requested and a surcharge is paid. (Contact customer services for pricing.)
Important: Ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. Any failed delivery attempts will incur a charge, and Home of Bathrooms cannot take responsibility for delayed deliveries due to failed attempts.
Heavy Items: For items over 60kg, a discounted delivery charge may apply.
Large, Bulky & Fragile Items
- Delivery Service: Pallet freight carrier (4-8 days service)
- Important: The courier will not remove pallets or dispose of stillages. Delivery will be made to the nearest point of entry. It is your responsibility to ensure there is assistance to remove items from the pallet and safely carry them into your property.
The courier may call you to provide an estimated delivery time. A charge may apply for refused deliveries, unless previously agreed with us.
Home of Bathrooms Delivery Team
Our 2-Man Delivery Team will bring your items into the property and leave them in the hallway.
This service is available upon request, either after placing your order or before confirming it.
- Flexible Delivery Options: Weekend and evening deliveries are available—please request in advance.
- Large Orders: Pre-qualify for this service.

- We advise against booking installers or starting preparatory work until you've fully received and inspected your goods. We are not liable for any tradesperson costs, loss, or compensation related to the delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If a delivery is missed due to customer fault, a redelivery charge will apply.
